When exactly does the seller get paid?

The moment you approve the delivery, or automatically when the inspection window closes without a dispute. The payout is sent over Raast to the seller's verified IBAN, usually within minutes.

How long is the inspection window?

24 hours by default for physical goods, counted from the courier's buyer-received scan. Sellers can extend it per transaction, and digital, freelance and service transactions use their own confirmation checkpoints.

What happens if I raise a dispute?

The vault freezes immediately. The seller and courier have a fixed 48-hour window to upload evidence, and the outcome is decided against custody weights, dispatch photos and delivery proof rather than opinion.

Do I need the seller to be on Tsdiq already?

Yes. Only verified businesses can generate an escrow link, which is exactly what makes the transaction safe to pay into.

Which couriers are supported?

Trax, TCS, Leopards and PostEx are integrated for chain-of-custody scanning. Other couriers can be used with manual handover proof at each stage.

The declared pack weight is compared against the courier's scan weight in kilograms. A mismatch raises an automatic risk alert before the parcel reaches the buyer.

Photo proof at pack and delivery

Packing photos, dispatch shots and delivery proof are stored in a private bucket and released only through short-lived signed links to the parties on the transaction.

GPS and hub timestamps

Each custody stage records a hub label, GPS point and timestamp, so the exact moment a parcel changed hands is never a matter of opinion.
