1. Who we are

Tsdiq (تصدیق) operates a verification and reputation platform for commerce in Pakistan. By creating an account, subscribing to a plan or requesting a Physical Store Verification, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate business details, a valid Pakistani mobile number and, where applicable, a Raast IBAN registered to the same legal entity. Accounts found using borrowed, rented or falsified identity documents are terminated without refund.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Merchant plans are billed in Pakistan Rupees, monthly or yearly, in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from the merchant console. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period.

Prices displayed on the pricing page are authoritative. We give at least 30 days' notice before changing the price of an active subscription.

4. Review verification

Reviews are published only when they can be tied to a real order. Verification runs on courier delivery proof from the consignment record supplied by Trax, TCS, Leopards or PostEx. Photo Proof and Video Proof reviews additionally require photo or unboxing-video evidence.

Merchants may reply to any review but cannot edit, reorder or delete a buyer's review. Requesting, buying or incentivising reviews in exchange for ratings is grounds for suspension.

5. GroundTruth™ audits

Audits are performed by independent agents at the price published at the time of purchase. Audit fees are non-refundable once an agent is dispatched. The resulting report is published on your public trust profile as recorded — a negative outcome is not a defect and is not grounds for a refund.

6. Payments and settlement

Where settlement services are enabled, funds are settled to the merchant's verified Raast IBAN. We may hold a settlement while a dispute, fraud alert or verification check is open.

7. Prohibited use

No unlawful goods, no counterfeit merchandise, no manipulation of trust scores, no scraping of the platform, and no reuse of Tsdiq badges by businesses that are not currently verified.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend an account for fraud, review manipulation, chargeback abuse, or repeated unresolved disputes. Public trust profiles for suspended merchants are marked accordingly.

9. Liability

Tsdiq provides verification infrastructure. We are not the seller or buyer in any underlying transaction and are not liable for the quality, legality or delivery of goods sold by merchants on the platform.
