How Tsdiq verifies a store

A review can only exist once a courier confirmed delivery and the order completed on Tsdiq. The database itself blocks reviews on orders that never completed — it is not a rule the website applies politely, it is enforced where it cannot be bypassed.

Each review carries the level of evidence the buyer actually supplied. Photo and video evidence is retained exactly as submitted and reviewed before it is published.

An agent visits the physical store, files a report with photographs, and an approved report awards a Bronze, Silver or Gold tier. No audit, no tier — there is no automated shortcut to one.

A score is published only once there is enough proof behind it. Below that threshold we show 'not enough data yet' rather than an encouraging-looking number.

Whether the link loads, uses a secure connection, how old the domain registration is, and whether contact and return-policy details appear on the page. These are facts about the link at the moment you checked it — not a judgement about the business.

For stores that are not on Tsdiq yet, we generate a short automated summary from public information. It never runs for a store where we hold real records, and it never substitutes for an in-person audit.
